The hotel was clean and offered good prices. The rooms were good sized with the ac unit on, the staff were knowledgeable. I loved fine lighting.

Location was optimal, stuff was well experienced, views were amazing. I appreciated a modern decor and lovely furniture. The gourmet restaurant offered amazing dishes, and the breakfast was large. Location just off the downtown, the airport, restaurants.

The hotel was low budget with excellent location near to all the restaurants, the airport and places to eat. All in all everything was great, but we had too small bathroom. Easy check-in, just what we needed.

The stay at this incredible hotel was a MEMORABLE one. Awesome restaurant with warm cuisine, very excellent staff. The location was impeccable, in the local area. Moreover, it was at a moderate distance from times union center.

Non-smoking units and really helpful staff. Fine lighting. The location of the hotel was unbeatable - just a pleasant stroll away from Times Union Center. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake: )

The hotel was clean and low budget, loved the exceptionally comfortable beds. Magnificent location adjacent to shops, could not be better. Modern room, that also was non-smoking.

I loved every detail here, including staff and location, that were incredible. Eggs, bacon, toast and hot waffles for breakfast. The bonus was modern room decor and great bar. I found microwave in the lobby.

The staff was fabulously helpful and the setting was unbeatable. Big bed, luxurious bathroom and air conditioning, WiFi and satellite television in the room. A beautiful beach, magnificent view. Apart from that, colonie center mall was 5 minutes' drive away.

We liked this hotel, it was hip new and clean. The breakfast was savoury, the staff were very knowledgeable. Room was common and it had shampoo and toilet, that's cool. Perfectly comfortable location to colonie center mall. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was pleasant. Lovely design, exemplary service in the entire property.

Facilities were luxurious, nevertheless Wi-Fi connection was weak.

Warm stay in a perfect hotel. The service was exceptional, the food was decent. Stunning restaurant and delightful staff. The bed was fine and it was great having satellite television, climate control and Wi-Fi.

Absolutely fantastic room, best possible location and staff were discreet. Also, a shopping mall was 2 miles away from the hotel. Reception had microwave. Complementary drinks, great wifi were a nice surprise😃👍

Smoking hotel in a good area of Albany. Property offers shuttle too. We would come here again, everything was perfectly fine...

There were comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a work desk and an electronic key card in the deluxe double room.

We had the most GOOD few days there. A microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator were available in the room. It was right by The Lake.

The venue was very clean & very spacious. Appreciated that the room included climate control, a work desk and an electronic key card. Furthermore, I could use free WiFi. This hotel is equal to 2 stars.

That sometimes the street was noisy.
